Kevin Gan joined Hazelview Investments in January 2021 as Senior Analyst, Development Accounting. In his role, Kevin will be responsible for accurate record-keeping of the development projects, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, internal controls and tax related matters.

Kevin has 7 years’ experience in real estate and property level accounting. Prior to joining Hazelview, Kevin worked for Northam Realty Advisors as a Senior Financial Analyst. Prior to this, he worked as a Financial Analyst for Choice Properties REIT and as a Property Accountant for Sterling Karamar Property Management.

Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration, Management and Accounting from the University of Toronto and has his CPA designation.
