Take SensorSuite Inc. for example. SensorSuite, a leading energy management proptech company, delivers building performance solutions for small and medium sized buildings. Through load and supply management systems, SensorSuite improves building performance and enables energy as an asset. SensorSuite has the potential to deliver 25% in utility savings in older buildings with no central systems. SensorSuite is currently driving performance improvements across 50+ Hazelview Properties.

Or consider Lamarr.AI, a cutting-edge diagnostics platform using AI to identify energy inefficiencies in building envelopes before they become costly capital issues. Hazelview Ventures led their pre-seed round, and Hazelview Properties has already piloted this technology across select assets in our portfolio, giving us real-world data and valuable insight to improve asset performance and sustainability outcomes.
