Gurveer Kehal

CFA, MFin Managing Partner, Co-Head of Private Real Estate Investments

Gurveer Kehal is Managing Partner, Co-Head of Private Real Estate Investments at Hazelview, where he is responsible for Hazelview’s global direct real estate and private equity investments across all real estate asset classes, including overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, developments, execution of value creation strategies, and investment reporting. His recent appointment to Managing Partner and Co-Head reflects his leadership and contributions to the continued growth and evolution of Hazelview’s investment platform since joining the firm in 2020.

Gurveer has more than 10 years of experience in investment management across multiple asset classes. Prior to joining Hazelview, he worked at CI Investments as an Associate Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst, where he assisted in managing global equity and global balanced fund products across sectors, including real estate. Prior to this, he worked at CIBC Global Asset Management as a Research Analyst in Canadian Equities.

Gurveer holds a Master of Finance from Cambridge University, an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
