Michael Tsourounis
Managing Partner, Co-CEO Hazelview & CIO Private Real EstateMichael joined Hazelview Investments in 2007 and currently serves as Managing Partner and Co-CEO. He also continues in his role as Chief Investment Officer where he oversees the leadership of the Private Real Estate platform, including all investment and development activities.
As Co-CEO, Michael is responsible for helping shape and drive the firm’s long-term strategy, working closely with teams across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Hong Kong to guide the performance and growth of Hazelview’s assets under management. Michael is also a member of the Investment Committee.
Michael is a member of Hazelview Investments’ Executive Committee, overseeing a team of investment professionals across multi-family investments, development, industrial, and credit strategies.
He has been involved in nearly $10 billion of real estate transactions across Canada and the United States, spanning all asset classes and development.
Michael is a graduate of Dalhousie University.
