Alexandra Katz

Ali joined Hazelview in 2023 and serves as Managing Partner, Head of Capital Partnerships. Since joining the firm, she has played a key role in strengthening investor and consultant relationships, advancing fundraising initiatives, and supporting the growth of Hazelview's investment platform.

Today, Ali leads the firm's capital partnerships strategy, overseeing business development efforts across institutional, consultant, family office, and private wealth channels. She works closely with teams across the organization to cultivate long-term relationships, enhance the client experience, and drive capital formation initiatives that support Hazelview's continued growth.

With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ali has built expertise across multiple asset classes, with a particular focus on business development, investor relations, and alternative investments. Prior to joining Hazelview, she served as Vice President, Investments at Institutional Mortgage Capital, where she was responsible for developing relationships within the institutional, family office, and high-net-worth investor communities. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at TD Greystone Managed Investments and CI Investments.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from McGill University, and holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.
