Alicia Ross

Alicia Ross is Head of People Operations & Talent at Hazelview Investments, where she leads the firm's people strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. With more than 13 years at Hazelview, Alicia has played an integral role in building a high-performing, people-first culture that supports the firm's continued growth across Canada.

Alicia partners closely with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while advancing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational performance. She is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and fostering an inclusive workplace where individuals and teams can thrive.

She holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Toronto and completed the Women in Leadership program at the Rotman School of Management. Alicia is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
