Andrew Sinclair

Andrew Sinclair joined Hazelview Investments in February 2021 and is currently an Associate on the Real Estate Development team. In this role, Andrew is responsible for managing multiple residential development projects through various stages of the development lifecycle, including planning and approvals, consultant coordination, budgeting, and construction execution. He works closely with internal stakeholders, municipalities, and project consultants to advance projects from initial concept through completion.

Prior to joining Hazelview, Andrew worked at JLL as a Project Analyst, where he supported commercial real estate projects through feasibility analysis, financial review, project execution. Earlier in his career, Andrew was with CoStar Group as a Portfolio Research Associate, focusing on market research and portfolio data analysis.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop’s University.
