Anna Kusmider joined Hazelview in August 2025 as Partner, Development Marketing. In this role, she leads the marketing strategy for Hazelview’s multi-family residential development projects nationally, aligning campaigns with company goals and collaborating with leadership to drive growth, market share, and measurable results across channels.

Prior to Hazelview, Anna was Director, Sales & Marketing at Equiton Inc., where she developed and integrated campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. She focused on mapping customer journeys to identify critical touchpoints, building strong partnerships, and maximizing ROI.

Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Edison State College and brings extensive experience in real estate development marketing, with a strong focus on strategy, execution, and results.
