Callum Stevenson

Callum joined Hazelview Investments in July 2026 as Associate, Real Estate Investment Management. In his role, Callum is responsible for supporting the acquisition and asset management of real estate investments across North America. He works closely with the REIM team on property valuations, financial modelling, investment committee materials, market research, due diligence, and monitoring the performance of direct real estate investments.

Prior to joining Hazelview, Callum gained experience in real estate investment banking, credit analysis, and financial modelling through internships at Stormont Partners, Bank of Nova Scotia, and the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI).

Callum holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo and is a CFA Level I Candidate.
