Chloé joined Hazelview Investments in January 2022 as an Associate, Planning and Real Estate Development. In her role, Chloé is responsible for evaluating development and acquisition opportunities in addition to managing development projects from inception and feasibility through to planning approvals.

Prior to joining Hazelview Investments full time, Chloé joined us as a co-op student for 8 months in 2021.  Over this time, Chloé helped support the team with acquisition, due diligence and development project execution while focusing on planning approvals. Chloé previously completed co-op placements working in planning consulting at SGL Planning and Design.

Chloé obtained her Honors Bachelor of Environmental Studies – Planning with a specialization in Urban Design from the University of Waterloo. She is now a Candidate Member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.
