Christina Cagna joined Hazelview Investments in May 2021 as a Partner, Project Management, within the Real Estate Development team. In her role with Hazelview, Christina will be responsible for managing all aspects of the residential construction projects and the oversight of Construction Managers, General Contractors and Subcontractors. In addition, she will work closely with the development team to provide input, feedback, and coordination during the development, design and underwriting phases of the projects.

Christina most recently worked as a Project Manager for Brookfield Residential where she was responsible for a variety of tasks including managing multifamily residential construction and maintaining budgets, reviewing and approving construction related invoices, conducting sensitivity analysis, ensuring all effects on schedules and costs were identified, analyzing risks and opportunities related to construction costs and construction schedules.

 Christina obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ryerson University, an Interior Design Degree from the Academy of Design, her Project Management Certificate from George Brown and a PMP designation.
