Christina Cagna

Christina Cagna joined Hazelview Investments in May 2021 as a Partner, Project Management, within the Real Estate Development team. In this role, she oversees the delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use development projects, managing all aspects of project execution from pre-development through construction, occupancy, and close-out. Christina leads coordination and management with Construction Managers, General Contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with overall development objectives. In addition, she works closely with the broader development team. Christina provides strategic input during the planning, design, underwriting, and municipal approvals processes, helping to navigate city requirements while identifying construction risks, optimizing design solutions, and supporting project financial performance.

Prior to joining Hazelview, Christina worked as a Project Manager with Brookfield Residential, where she managed the delivery of multifamily residential developments. Her responsibilities included review of project feasibility, supporting in the entitlement phase of projects, pre-construction and construction management, budget oversight, cost forecasting, schedule monitoring throughout pre-construction through occupancy. She also conducted sensitivity analyses, evaluated project risks and opportunities, and ensured that impacts to project, costs, and overall product quality were proactively identified and managed.
