Daniel Zhang

Daniel joined Hazelview Investments in May 2026 as an Associate, Real Estate Development. In this role, Daniel supports and advances multifamily residential projects through key phases of the development lifecycle, including entitlement, design development, municipal approvals, and coordination through construction.

Daniel has over 4 years of experience in development management and planning. Prior to Hazelview, he worked at Tenblock Developments and SmartCentres REIT as a development associate, delivering mixed-use residential, retail, and master-planned developments across the GTA.

Daniel holds of a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Planning from the University of Waterloo.
