Marc-André Flageole

Marc-André Flageole is a Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at Hazelview Investments, bringing more than 20 years of experience in global real estate securities investing, portfolio management, and institutional investment strategy.

Prior to joining Hazelview, Marc-André held several senior leadership roles at Presima, most recently serving as Managing Director, Public Markets & Head of Presima, where he helped lead the firm’s global REIT investment platform and oversee investment research and portfolio strategy. Over his tenure, he also served as Global Portfolio Manager and Head of the Investment Team, specializing in global and Asia-Pacific real estate securities.

Marc-André has deep expertise in global REIT investing, portfolio construction, market research, and public real estate strategy across developed and emerging markets. His experience spans leadership in investment management, research oversight, and institutional client engagement.

Based in Montreal, Marc-André plays a key role in strengthening Hazelview’s public markets platform and advancing the firm’s global real estate investment capabilities.
