Matt Herskovitzc is a Partner, Global Securities Investments at Hazelview Investments, bringing nearly a decade of experience in public market investing, equity research, and global real estate securities.

Prior to joining Hazelview, Matt spent five years at Presima, most recently serving as Senior Analyst, Global Real Estate Securities, where he was responsible for investment research and analysis across global listed real estate markets. In this role, he supported portfolio construction, security selection, and market research initiatives across a broad range of real estate sectors and geographies.

Matt's expertise includes global REIT investing, fundamental securities analysis, financial modelling, portfolio research, and public market investment strategy. His experience spans institutional asset management, equity research, and global real estate securities investing.

Based in Montreal, Matt supports Hazelview's global public markets platform, helping drive investment research, portfolio performance, and long-term value creation for clients.
