Meryem Ajaraam joined Hazelview in October 2025 as Associate, Real Estate Development. In this role, she supports the full spectrum of development activities, with a focus on construction delivery, consultant coordination, and driving efficiencies across the design and construction process.

Meryem works closely with internal teams and external partners to help advance projects from early planning through execution, contributing to streamlined workflows, clear coordination, and effective project delivery.

Meryem holds a master’s degree in architecture from the National School of Architecture in Morocco. She brings a detail-oriented, collaborative approach to development execution, supporting Hazelview’s commitment to delivering high-quality purpose-built rental communities.
