Mina Dezyanian

Mina joined Hazelview Investments in November 2022 as Partner, Project Management on the Real Estate Development team. As a key member of the Development team, she leads the end-to-end execution of residential projects, driving delivery from design development through construction completion. Mina provides leadership across the full development lifecycle, overseeing construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors while ensuring alignment between design, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project strategy. She plays a critical role in advancing projects with a development-focused lens that bridges execution with long-term asset value.

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry and a background in civil engineering, Mina brings a strong foundation in both technical expertise and project leadership. She is known for her ability to align cross-functional teams, manage complex developments, and deliver high-quality residential communities.

Mina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario. She is also the founder of IronRingGirls, a platform dedicated to supporting and empowering women in engineering, and is passionate about advocating for wellness, balance, and sustainable career growth within the profession.
