Royston joined Hazelview in November 2025 as Associate, Revenue & Analytics.

In this role, he supports key revenue programs across the portfolio, leads the Property Tax and Antenna & Telco initiatives, and delivers analytics that enhance portfolio performance and support long-term income growth.

Royston brings over two years of experience across real estate, finance, and analytics. Prior to joining Hazelview, he worked at Brookfield Asset Management as a Credit Analyst, supporting financial forecasting, scenario modelling, and dashboard development to inform strategic decision-making. He has also held roles in management consulting and public-sector real estate, contributing to portfolio management and real estate strategy.

Royston holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University, specializing in Finance with a minor in Accounting. He was recognized on the Dean’s Honour List and selected as part of the Top 200 Program.
