Ryan joined Hazelview in December 2025 as Associate, Real Estate Development.

In this role, he supports various stages of the development lifecycle, including preparing proformas and feasibility analyses, coordinating budgets, schedules, and market research, and evaluating financing structures to support project execution and decision-making.

Ryan brings over 10 years of experience delivering strategic financial solutions for mixed-use development projects. Prior to joining Hazelview, he worked at Dream Unlimited, where he prepared comprehensive financing models and development memoranda to support strategic decision-making across the full development lifecycle. Ryan brings a strong analytical foundation and a practical, execution-focused approach to supporting Hazelview’s development platform.

Ryan holds a BSc and HBA from Western University and Richard Ivey School of Business as well as CAIA designation.
