Sophia Moranelli is Partner, Finance & Operations at Hazelview Investments, where she oversees the firm's finance and operations functions, supporting the delivery of efficient, scalable, and well-governed business operations. She works closely with teams across the organization to strengthen financial reporting, operational processes, and internal controls while helping advance the firm's long-term strategic objectives.

Sophia brings nearly two decades of experience in financial services, asset management, and real estate. Before joining Hazelview in 2025, she spent 18 years at PwC, where she advised leading asset managers, investment funds, and real estate organizations on financial reporting, assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial governance, accounting, and business operations.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, Auditor), Sophia is recognized for her collaborative leadership, commitment to operational excellence, and ability to build strong financial and operational frameworks that support sustainable growth and informed decision-making.
