Strachan Jarvis

Strachan Jarvis is Managing Partner, Co-Head of Private Real Estate Investments at Hazelview, where he oversees the origination, portfolio management, and execution of private debt and multi-residential equity investment strategies. His recent appointment to Managing Partner and Co-Head reflects his significant contributions to the continued growth and evolution of Hazelview’s real estate investment platform since joining the firm in 2015. Over that time, Strachan has been involved in more than $10 billion in transactions across a broad range of asset classes and investment strategies.

Prior to joining Hazelview, Strachan worked at Granite REIT, where he was responsible for the asset management of industrial properties across North America and Europe.

Strachan holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
