Susan joined Hazelview Investments in June 2023 as an Associate, Assistant Controller. In her role with Hazelview, Susan is responsible for managing accounts payable, overseeing cash management and corporate accounting in addition to assisting the Corporate Controller in the creation and development of new systems and processes, and strategic financial initiatives.

Prior to joining Hazelview, Susan most recently worked at H&R Property Management Ltd. as the Property Accounting Manager where she was responsible for the accounting cycle for residential and development projects, variance analysis and providing suggestions on improving efficiency. Prior to this Susan was at Metcap Living Management Ltd. as Property Accounting Manager where she managed a team and supported reporting, budgeting and oversaw acquisitions/dispositions of properties.

Susan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Science from University of Calgary and also holds a CPA, CGA designation.
