Virak Mao joined Hazelview Investments in December 2020 as Associate, Finance & Operations. In his role with Hazelview, Virak will be responsible for corporate accounting functions such as assisting with preparation of monthly financial statements and financial analysis, respond to inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Virak most recently worked for Ernst & Young as a Consultant where he was responsible for analyzing and testing internal controls for clients. Prior to this, he worked as a Junior Accountant for Hays Recruiting.

Virak obtained his Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting from Ryerson University and he is also pursuing a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
