William Filipopoulos

William Filipopoulos joined Hazelview Investments in January 2025 as Partner, Project Management. He drives the execution of complex residential developments, overseeing construction managers, consultants, and trade partners across the portfolio. His role focuses on driving project delivery through disciplined and creative procurement, cost control, and risk management, while establishing consistent standards for execution across projects.

William works within the Development team to provide practical input during design, ensuring projects are both buildable, resilient, and aligned with long-term operational performance. He is known for fostering strong relationships with project partners and bringing a solutions-oriented approach to complex construction challenges.

He has over 10 years of experience in on-site construction and project management, with a primary focus on high-rise residential projects. Prior to joining Hazelview, William was a Project Manager at The Daniels Corporation, where he contributed to the successful delivery of over 2,800+ homes.
