Jeff Tripp Joins Hazelview Investments as Managing Partner & President

Toronto (ON), April 15, 2024 — Hazelview Investments is pleased to announce that Jeff Tripp has joined the company as its new Managing Partner & President.

With over 20 years of experience, including a history of providing strategic guidance and oversight on real estate, mortgage, private debt, and infrastructure investment management activities, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. In his most recent role at TD Asset Management (through its acquisition of Greystone Managed Investments Inc.), Jeff was Head of Alternatives and chair of the Alternatives Investment Committee.

In this new position, Jeff will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies to achieve Hazelview's vision and goals. He will also be responsible for the firm's overall operations, including the leadership of Finance, Legal, Client Solutions/Experience, and Property Management, as well as operational oversight of the HR & Strategy team.

Jeff holds a B.A. in Psychology from Western University, an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University and is a CFA Charterholder. Additionally, he was recently appointed Chair of the REALPAC Board of Directors.
