Imraz joined Hazelview Investments in 2015 and has progressed to his current role as Managing Partner, Head of Property Management, where he provides oversight for property management, operations, and capital investment execution across Hazelview’s Canadian multi-residential portfolio.

Imraz originally joined as part of Hazelview’s capital expenditure team responsible for execution of the Company’s capital investment improvements across its national multi-residential portfolio where he held various leadership positions, ultimately becoming Senior Vice President, Capital and overseeing the team nationally.

Imraz has over 20 years of direct experience in the Canadian multi-residential sector, spending 11 years prior to Hazelview on the construction management sector of the business.

Imraz holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours from York University.
