Sophia joins us as an Associate, Valuations and will report to the Director, Research Valuations.

In her role with Hazelview, Sophia will be responsible for collecting and analyzing information for the valuation process, overseeing the appraisal process from start to finish, summarizing and communicating valuation results to management for review and approval. 

Sophia recently graduated from the University of Waterloo with her Bachelor of Mathematics. While completing her studies, Sophia completed three analyst internships at CPP Investment Board on the Financing, Collateral & Trading team and the Active Portfolio Management team.
