Story of Midtown Toronto® is a 500+ unit purpose-built rental community in the heart of Yonge and Eglinton. It reflects Hazelview’s commitment to delivering inclusive, resilient housing in high-growth urban centres.
This project represents the first Rainbow Registered residential building in Canada, embedding inclusion and belonging directly into the built form. Bloor & Dufferin (Toronto, ON)
Master-planned community development unlocking scale, partnerships, and public benefit
Hazelview is leading the transformation of Bloor & Dufferin into a vibrant, mixed-use community and will deliver over 1,000 new rental homes. The multi-phase development includes affordable and market rental housing, public green space, community amenities, and high-quality retail.
We have secured one of the largest CMHC-insured loans under the MLI Select program to support delivery of over 800 rental units within a specific area of the site, validating the strength of the project and our execution model.
