Emmett joined Hazelview Investments in November 2018 as Associate, Investor Relations & Account Mgmt where he was responsible for supporting and maintaining relationships with Hazelview’s clients and investors and enhancing their experience through client service support and communications. He then began his role as Associate, Institutional Sales in 2022.

In his current role as Partner, Emmett is responsible for aiding in the coverage of our existing institutional and dealer client relationships, prospecting for new clients, advancing the firm’s consultant/industry database presence, and coordinating the firm’s response to RFPs.

Emmett has over ten years’ experience in investor relations and fund administration. Prior to joining Hazelview, Emmett was Supervisor, Investor Relations, Private Equity and Real Estate at The Citco Group Limited. Prior to this, Senior Associate at SS&C GlobeOp, which absorbed Citi Hedge Fund Services.

Emmett received a Bachelor of Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, holds a certificate in Private Markets and Alternative Investments from the CFA Institute and is currently registered as an Exempt Market Dealing Representative.
