Jeffrey Thompson joined Hazelview (formerly Timbercreek) in February 2019 as Associate Director, Real Estate Investment Management, and is involved in all aspects of the investment management process, including transactions and assessing strategic opportunities for various assets and investments, as well as initiating and developing revenue enhancing and cost reduction strategies.

Mr. Thompson has 10 years of experience, having worked most recently as Director, Asset Management – Developments, where he focused on the project management of the redevelopment and construction of multiple RioCan Living Multi-Family properties across the country. Prior to this, he worked at Slate Asset Management as an Asset Manager responsible for the leasing, operations and financial management of a 1.6 million square foot grocery anchored retail portfolio spread across 18 properties in six different states.

Mr. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Commerce Co-op degree from Dalhousie University.
