Margot Getz joined Hazelview in November 2025 as Associate, Office Experience. In this role, she is responsible for creating a positive and seamless office experience, ensuring day-to-day systems and processes run smoothly, coordinating office activities, and supporting initiatives that strengthen culture and operational effectiveness.

Margot brings strong familiarity with Hazelview through her previous role at TD Asset Management, where she regularly engaged with members of the Hazelview team. This experience allows her to bring a collaborative, people-first approach to supporting the workplace environment and enhancing the overall employee experience.
