This certification was awarded through the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) BEST program and the Certified Rental Building Program (CRBP).

This significant milestone reflects Hazelview's unwavering commitment to delivering best in class property management while prioritizing environmental sustainability, resident wellbeing, and healthier communities.

The internationally recognized BOMA BEST Sustainable Buildings certification celebrates excellence in energy and environmental management and performance in multi-family and commercial real estate. The BOMA BEST certification entails audits in seven major categories directly related to operations and maintenance.

The Canadian CRB Program and its associated Green Living Together™ environmental certification recognize environmental leadership in the apartment industry. To achieve the certification, Hazelview’s properties met 55 industry-leading standards of practice, including 10 environmental standards, and over 250 specific requirements. These standards encourage quality and excellence in the operations and maintenance of multi-family properties and promote environmental responsibility and resident engagement.
