Hazelview Investments, in partnership with First National, secured one of Canada’s largest CMHC-insured loans under the MLI Select program to advance Bloor & Dufferin, a 2,000-unit, purpose-built rental community. The project delivers affordable housing, a community hub, park, and direct transit access, redefining sustainable, inclusive urban living in Toronto.
