Castlepoint Numa and Hazelview Investments have broken ground on 72 Perth Ave., a new 255-unit purpose-built rental community in Toronto’s Junction Triangle. The project will include 51 affordable homes, geothermal heating and cooling, family-sized layouts, and over 13,000 sq. ft. of resident amenities.
