Hazelview Investments and Sierra Corporation have broken ground on a new 217-unit purpose-built rental community in Toronto's Leaside neighbourhood. The 15-storey development will include 43 affordable homes, 33 accessible suites, family-sized units, and sustainable features, with occupancy expected in 2028.
