Seema Shah joined Hazelview Investments in August 2015 and has progressed to Managing Partner, Real Estate Investmentswhere she is responsible for analytics, due diligence and execution of new acquisitions of direct real estate, development and private equity investments for Hazelview.

Seema has over 12 years of experience in private equity and real estate. Prior to joining Hazelview, Seema was Vice President, European private equity team at Forum Partners Investment Management. Seema’s experience covers acquisitions of direct real estate, development opportunities, distressed debt portfolios and providing growth capital to new real estate platforms across residential, office, logistics and retail sectors.

Seema holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
