Developed by Castlepoint Numa and Hazelview, the project reflects a long-term commitment to sustainable, transit-oriented rental housing designed around livability, accessibility, and community.
This project represents an important milestone for Hazelview as one of the company’s most sustainability-focused developments to date, incorporating a geothermal energy system as part of its low-carbon building strategy. Targeting Tier 3 of NECB 2020, the building is designed to significantly reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions while supporting long-term operational performance.
Located steps from Dundas West Station, Bloor GO, UP Express, and the West Toronto Railpath, 72 Perth combines exceptional connectivity with larger, more functional rental suites designed for professionals, families, downsizers, and long-term residents.
